Delivery & Postage Information
We try and have all orders
shipped on the same day if it is placed before 13.00 Monday-Friday, *UK Bank Holidays excluded* while
orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Mondays as soon as we
are back in office. We offer Royal Mail 24hr Tracked for FREE on all model kit orders, while smaller paints / tools cost £3.20. Any orders for aerosol spray paints can only be sent via DHL Express for £6.50.

We only charge for postage once regardless of how many items you add to
your basket, if eBay's system charges you postage for each individual
item please get in contact with us and we will refund the difference.

Deliveries Outside Of The UK
We
ship across the world via eBay's Global Shipping Program, your postage
cost will be automatically generated for you before checkout. You may
also be liable for taxes when the parcel arrives and you are responsible
for this payment, it is not included in the sales price.

Returns
All
of our returns are handled through eBays systems and policies. If it is
an unwanted item all you need to do is ship it back carefully to us in
its original packaging and we will refund you the full amount for the
item as soon as its back with us. If there is a fault with the product
ordered or we sent the incorrect item, we will cover the return postage
and organise a replacement / refund.

Before returning an item, please make sure everything is accounted for
and in its original packaging ready to be resold as new. Our model kits
have lots of small detailed parts and cannot be completed if they are
missing. If any parts are missing on the item cannot be resold as new on
return we will not be able to refund you.
