- Gently massage the shampoo into your scalp using your fingertips. Work your way from the roots to the tips, ensuring every strand is coated. This step not only cleanses your hair, but also stimulates blood flow to the scalp, promoting healthy hair growth.
- Rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water, making sure to remove all traces of shampoo. For an extra boost of hydration, follow up with the TRESemmé Rich Moisture Conditioner.
- For best results, use TRESemmé’s Rich Moisture Shampoo every 2-3 days. Adjust the frequency based on your hair type and personal needs.
