Permits valve springs and valve stem oil seals to be replaced without
the need to remove the cylinder head when used in conjunction
with VS1601 compressed air adaptor.
Reversible jaw adaptor and automatic cam action lock to pre-set
spring tension.
Suitable for use on a  wide range of OHV,OHC and CVH engines.

Note:Not suitable for engines with deep-seated valves.
