Condition is “Used”. The radio is in good used condition, but unable to test as battery is flat from being in storage

I do not see any reason why it should not fully work.

i have a number of these radios that i will be listing shortly 

 I cannot guarantee how long the battery life will last as i have no way of charging the unit
