Tsubaki-Beni 椿紅 is a classic ready-to-apply deep red Camillia blossom lip color as used by Kyoto's famous Geiko (Maiko & Geisha). This one of the items used with their white, Shiro-Nuri makeup however it makes a lovely, general purpose lip color as well. It is made by the famous Mitsuyoshi Company which has a long history of supplying professional makeup to the Maiko and Geiko of Gion and to Kabuki Actors from the Minamiza.
