Shipping Terms

• We ship orders throughout the business week and try for a one-business day turnaround. Orders received by 12pm PDT on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.
• We do not ship on weekends or US holidays.
• For high value orders we may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
• Your order will be shipped from California. We ship using USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. We generally choose the most economical (regardless of what service was in the eBay listing) however if you have a shipping preference or require expedited shipping, please send us a message and we will accommodate if you pay for the additional cost of shipping.
• Delivery dates or shipping times are estimates. Once we hand it off to the shipping carrier it is out of our control and delays could happen for any reason at their end.

Returns

• All of our items may be returned within 30 days unless otherwise noted.
• The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping.
• Items must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped with all accessories.
• Refunds will be issued only after we receive the returned item, and it is examined.
• Original shipping & handling costs are non-refundable.
