Note:
1.Before
starting work, the drive board and motor base must be fixed on a large
metal plate, and attention should be paid to maintaining good air
convection for heat dissipation.
2.
When leaving the factory, the scanning system is equipped with various
connecting wires. If users use other wires to connect them themselves,
please refer to the wiring diagram of the driver board; The motor serial
number and scanning serial number must be consistent, with X and Y
drive boards and motors corresponding to each other, otherwise it will
result in asymmetric patterns, such as circles turning into ellipses.
3.
The scanning board has been calibrated before leaving the factory.
Except for the IS potentiometer, users are not allowed to calibrate
other potentiometers, otherwise it may damage the galvanometer.
According to the usage requirements, the pattern size can be adjusted
using potentiometer IS. Reverse rotation will increase the pattern, but
it cannot be infinitely increased, otherwise it may damage the
galvanometer. And both drive boards need to be adjusted symmetrically at
the same time, otherwise the pattern printed will deform, such as a
circle turning into an ellipse.
4. Do not plug or unplug various connecting wires with power on, otherwise the vibrating mirror will be damaged.
5.
When there is abnormal noise or other abnormal phenomena during
startup, please shut down immediately, troubleshoot and restart to avoid
damaging the vibrating mirror.
