This is 1965 Daredevil #9 (CGC 6.5) 1st Appearance Organizer. One of Matt's old college pals is a ruler of his own European country and invites the blind lawyer over to see a doctor about restoring his sight; Once in Lichtenbad, DD is needed as Kruger turns out to be a ruthless dictator; The only doctor who could restore Matt's vision dies in the revolt.
