Payment

We ask for immediate payment when you buy. Your order is confirmed once payment clears and we can't dispatch until then.

We accept all payment methods supported by eBay checkout. If you're a trade buyer and want to talk about a larger or repeat order just message us before purchasing.

Shipping

We dispatch quickly and pack carefully so your order arrives in good condition. Full delivery costs and timings for each item are shown in the listing above.

We deliver to the UK only. If you'd like to arrange collection or have a question about delivery just message us before ordering and we'll help.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right just message us and we'll sort it out.
Returns are accepted within the windows shown in the listing above. To get a full refund, the item must come back in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 

If your item arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours with a photo or two so we can sort it out quickly. A short video of opening the parcel helps but isn't required.
