Nice condition with a bit of a rough tear along the perforation. No creases, marks, or stains. All three have an ad on the back for Bill Heard Chevrolet.

The Sugar Festival was held off Highway 6 ay US 59. Parking was at the Fluor Daniel complex with shuttle buses to the festival. There is mention on a Sugar Land timeline web site of a Sugar Festival in the 1950s. In the 1990s, it was revived and ran from 1998 to 2000. Development on previous and potential sites along with costs likely ended the festival.
