All of our watches qualify for free insured 2-day shipping. In most cases(Domestic), the watch will be shipped to Ebay's Authenticator in Dayton, Ohio and then to your address. We do our best to accommodate customers who need their purchase before a specific date. In such cases, please feel free to contact us and someone from our team will be happy to work with you.

Nearly all of our items on Ebay will be shipped the day after purchase. This allows us time for a final in-house check to make sure everything leaving our office is up to par.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Import fee's, customs, VAT, Duties, Charges etc. are the buyer's responsibility. If you need help calculating fees and costs you can reach out to our team. However, please note that we are fairly knowledgeable in this field but are by no means experts. As such, we still encourage buyers to do their own research and reach out to local experts for current information.

All watches sold by Luxuriant Concierge are included in our 2-year warranty from the date of product arrival. 

What is Covered under warranty

1. Mechanical issues that occur naturally.
2. Losing time, crown not screwing down.
3. Clasp/band adjustment
4. Items that arrive damaged

What is NOT covered under warranty

1. User error(dropping, hard impact, water damage, dirt)
2. Naturally occurring dial color fading/changing(Patina)
3. Lost items

Having your watch opened or serviced by another service center that is not Luxuriant Concierge will deem this warranty null and void unless EXPLICIT permission is granted by Luxuriant Concierge.

Should you have an issue with your watch and are not sure if it falls under the warranty, please contact us. Chances are we will still cover the repair.
