This is an elegant antique sterling silver table bell, crafted in the Rococo Revival style and dating to the late 19th to early 20th century. The bell is clearly marked “Sterling” along with the number “230.”

The body is hand-raised and features finely executed floral repoussé decoration around the shoulder, with a softly flared skirt and well-balanced proportions. The handle is a small-format (approximately 1½") cast rococo floral handle with a stylized daisy/rosette finial, purpose-made for bell use rather than adapted from flatware.

The piece has been carefully polished to a bright finish, while preserving crisp detail and original form. The original clapper remains intact, and the bell rings clearly.

There is a small, shallow dent above the decorative field, consistent with age and noted for accuracy. It does not affect structure, function, or overall presentation.

A refined example of continental German Rococo Revival sterling, suitable for display or functional use.

Condition Very good antique condition original. Crisp repoussé and casting; clapper intact and functional. Small, shallow dent above the monogram noted for accuracy (see close-ups). No cracks, splits, or repairs observed.
