Postage Information:

• All parcels are delivered without signature unless requested.
• All parcels are sent with tracked service.
• By purchasing with us, you give authority to the delivery company to leave your parcel unattended unless signature on delivery is requested.
• Your parcel will be brought to a post office for collection if your parcel is not safe to be left unattended. It is the responsibility of buyer to collect the parcel within 7 business days upon notification it is awaiting collection.
• Please provide valid and correct delivery address. We do not hold any responsibility if you have provided an incorrect delivery address.
• All returns will only be partially refunded. If item is returned damaged, we will not issue any refund.
• There will be a $16.00 return fees ($27 for express) for all returned parcels that are uncollected at post office or parcels that had incorrect address provided.
• All international returns will incur a return fee of $25.00.
• All dangerous goods (ie, flammable items) cannot be express posted. Dangerous goods with express post will be cancelled and fully refunded.
• Please allow up to 5 business days for the dispatch of your order. This includes standard and express post.
• For international customers, please check with your local customs to determine if there are any duty, tax or charge applicable. We do not cover these charges. It is vital to check if you, the importer, are allowed to import the product(s) into your country. We hold no responsibilities if your parcel is rejected by your local customs.
• All addresses must be in English. Our postal partner cannot service addresses that are not in English.

• We cannot recall or cancel any orders that has been dispatched. We will not issue a refund for dispatched orders.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong products purchased or change of mind. We will not refund any unauthorised returns.
• If returns are accepted for wrong products purchased or change of mind, a 20% restocking fee applies. We do not cover the cost of the return, and the delivery fees paid to our postal partner is not refundable.
