Condition: UGLY
This map is in UGLY condition with heavy signs of noticeable wear. There is a very large tear on the top left of the map that has torn through roughly 40% of the map. There are also multiple other 1" to 2" tears throughout the map as well as some 1/2" and shorter tears. There is also a circular liquid stain towards the bottom of the map. There are also heavy noticeable creases and some additional surface stains throughout the map. This map measures roughly 20 1/8" x 13 1/2".
Condition:
EX "Excellent" Exceptionally nice. May have some light signs of surface wear. Any of the
defects listed below will not be present in this grade.
EX- "Excellent Minus" Shows moderate wear. May have the following signs of wear;
light creases, a small or light stain, small tears along the folds.
BGN "Bargain" Shows more than average wear. May have of the following signs
of wear; creases, stains, larger tears along the folds, writing.
UG "Ugly" Very rough looking. Will have a few of the following defects; stains, large tears, water damage,
writing, heavy creases.
