This used tachometer/meter setting ring fits:

 1975-1979 Honda GL1000 Gold Wing

1976 Honda GL1000LTDA Gold Wing Limited Edition

Exterior portion of this tachometer setting ring has some light scratches and light pitting (see photos)

Inside of meter ring does show some surface rusting
