Hey y’all! Just a note about shipping before I begin the description: this will be the largest, heaviest thing I will have ever attempted to ship before! That means it will be pricey no matter what carrier you use, but I have broken down the dollhouse so that it takes up less room in the box (which makes for cheaper shipping). I’ll be sure to include pictures of how the pieces go together! (That or I’m hoping to find the original 1989 manual online as a pdf, will update listing when/if I can locate it again.)

DESCRIPTION:

Vintage 1989 plastic "Little Tikes Place" dollhouse! In overall good condition, but please see all photos for detailed examples. Most notable damage is a small crack on the pull-out deck’s railing, and overall discoloration/sun fading on the roof (can be painted for a DIY makeover!). The original foam beds have disintegrated (remember, this is ~35 yrs old lol), so I’m including (2) new handmade replacement beds. The house, dolls, & furniture have all been throughly cleaned from top to bottom and are ready for instant play!

The house features a pull-out back patio deck revealing an indoor pool (or extra dining space depending on your imagination!) with red lamp above it, a beneath-the-stairs closet/cupboard with operable door, (4) small decorative shrubs found at each corner of the 1st floor, and white & blue bathroom on the 2nd floor with bathtub, sink, mirror, & toilet. The house is too large to fit on my scale so I have no idea how much it weighs, but it can be lifted by an adult very easily. 

So your little one can start playing immediately, the dollhouse will include (5) articulated dolls: a Father, Mother, Brother, Sister, and Baby.

I will also include (1) table + (4) classic yellow chairs & (1) armchair (not sure if this one is Little Tikes brand). 

Dolls & furniture also show some obvious wear, i.e. sun-faded color, visible wear on all of the faces, a few minor scuffs, etc. Again, please see pics.
