Billet aluminum can also withstand much higher temperatures than rubber, polyurethane, and Delrin, making it a great choice for race cars where the differential creates large amounts of heat for extended periods of time. BMR Suspension's Billet Aluminum Differential Bushings (BK050) eliminate differential movement and pinion rise over the factory rubber bushings. Each bushing is CNC-machined to exact tolerances, which are designed by BMR. This allows for a perfect fit and increased performance for any driving style. BMR's billet aluminum differential bushings replace the entire OE rubber bushing, eliminating differential movement by replacing the soft rubber OE bushings with four solid two-piece aluminum bushings. This eliminates all differential movement, reducing wheelhop and increases handling stability, while giving you a much-improved overall feel in any performance driving situation. Solid mounting the differential will increase NVH.
