These are the radius inserts for the Lone Buck Guitars Fretboard Radius Router Jig Sled.  The Jig comes with 2 radius block sets when purchased.  These are additional radius sizes for different fingerboards.  Comes with two pieces, one for each side of the sled.

Custom radius' can be made.  Just pick the option for custom and message me with your desired radius.
