This a new open box item - it was tried - didn't work - was only missing the fuses from the factory - a new simple fuse was installed and the backup also put in the cord (20 cent simple items).
Other than that this is NEW unused!
Big ol' Bumble comes NEW in the original box. This is a GREAT Christmas item that is difficult to find!
