Super rare 1930’s hot rod Bakelite Skull shift knob made by SINKO. Comes with the even more rare shifter extension! Thread s appear to be 5/8ths fine pitch and inside the skull there is a second tier of threads that appear to be 3/8ths fine pitch threads.

The skull still even has some of the original red paint.

The last two pictures are to show the translucency with a small flashlight inside the knob.
