This is a 'new old stock' RANGE FINDER SIGHT PLATE from the Martin Archery Company. Bolts to your existing sight and allows you to quickly judge yardage by comparing the printed silhouettes to the deer's body size. This accessory was made for the original Martin "DEERSLAYER" series multi-pin bow sights but it looks like it could easily be adapted to most pin sights. The Martin part number on this is 4161.
