Used in the legendary Timestep LNA's. These are surface mount but for the purpose of testing we mounted a couple of SMA sockets on them (SMA sockets not included) you may like to do the same and use thin co-ax so as not to put undue force on the filter.

The stop band is around 40dB with a passband of about 27MHz.  The insertion loss is about 2.5dB.  These are real measurements taken from an actual filter.

This will give you interference free reception cutting out any cell phone and Wi-Fi interference.
