  1. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver via Australia Post and major courier companies. Items are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. We are not responsible for any delays arising during shipment.
• We may not be able to deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or Parcel Collect facilities. Please contact us to verify eligibility for your location; otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring someone is available to sign for delivery. You are liable for all shipping and return fees if the address provided is incorrect or the premises are unattended. If an order is returned due to incorrect info or customer rejection, we reserve the right to deduct original and return shipping costs, plus a $15 - $25 dishonour fee.

• 2. Product Condition & Pre-shipment Verification

• Listing Images: Images used in the listing are for illustrative purposes. While we ensure the product matches the exact model and specifications described, the outer packaging may vary or show minor transit-related marks.
• Factory Sealed Guarantee: As a professional retailer, we strictly distinguish between "Brand New" and "Open Box" products. If an item is listed as "Brand New," it will be sent with the factory seal intact.
• Pre-shipment Notification: In the event that a "Brand New" order cannot be fulfilled as a sealed unit, we will notify the customer in advance and only proceed after obtaining explicit consent.
• Aesthetic Disclaimer: Minor shipping-related box wear (e.g., corner slashes, creases, or indentations) that does not affect the internal product or the seal is NOT eligible for "Item Damaged" or "Not as Described" returns. We guarantee product quality and warranty, not "collector-grade" packaging for resale purposes.

• 3. No Change-of-Mind & Resale Liability

• We do not accept change-of-mind returns under any circumstances, including failed deliveries.
• We sell products to end-users (B2C). We do not accept liability for a buyer's resale profit or the specific packaging standards required for third-party flipping. Any business risks associated with resale activities are not the responsibility of the seller.

• 4. Mandatory Inspection & Mandatory Fees
  If a return is initiated (including "No Fault Found" claims), the following strictly applies:

• Security & Monitoring: All outgoing and incoming orders are packed/opened under high-definition video surveillance, with serial numbers recorded to prevent fraudulent claims.
• Mandatory Inspection Fee: All returns undergo a technical verification. A non-refundable $15 processing and inspection fee will be deducted from all refunds without exception, regardless of the seal status.
• Value Depreciation Fee: If the item is functional, it is a "Change of Mind." A 20%-50% fee applies to unopened items. If the factory seal is broken by the customer, a minimum 50% deduction will apply as the item degrades from "Brand New" to "Open Box" status.
• Misuse Protection: We reserve the right to refuse a refund for intentional damage, tampering, or serial number mismatches.

• 5. Warranty

• OnLine Centre provides a 12-month return-to-base warranty (excluding labour) from the invoice date. Warranty is with the manufacturer.
• If our inspection reveals verified transit damage to the product itself, we will honor eBay’s Money Back Guarantee. Falsely claimed warranty returns will be sent back at the customer's expense.

• 6. Agreement

• Placing an order via our eBay link constitutes automatic agreement to all Terms and Conditions listed above.
