Return Policy
A 30-day return policy on most items.
New, factory-sealed items that have been opened may incur a 20% restocking fee.
We gladly accept returns for incorrect items or DOA (Dead on Arrival) shipments.
Defective items must be returned within 5 days of the eBay return initiation date.
We'll replace the item if available or issue a full refund.
All returned items must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
