Orders for two or more items will probably be shipped in separate packages!
- Tom's Garage accepts returns with 30 days after the purchase. Plese note that all returned products shall be in the original packing along with all components and accessories, in new condition without installation.
- Please contact us before returning the package so we can offer a better help to you with specific solutions. Please also note that in some cases our customers might need to take charge of the shipping fee and restocking fee of the returned packages.
- Tom's Garage will repair or offer One-Time warranty with free replacement if the product get defective due to quality problems within 9 Months since the delivery date of original purchase.
- Tom's Garage will replace any of products should it be deemed defective by Tom's Garage. This expressed warranty doesn’t cover the accessories. Warranty service will be provided one time for one order. The original purchaser of the order will be the only party to which this warranty applies.
- Customers need to provide order number and user manual to start warranty process. The product returned shall match the one purchased for any warranty agreement to be executed.
- The warranty only cover the products, please understand that custmers will be responsible for the shipping cost of the warranty.
