This board is removed from my Vulcan Applied Engineering PSU because I was unable to find the issue and I have replaced with other one witch fits perfectly into the Vulcan case.

The PSU it’s working fine and getting all the voltages out but when I added any card on my Apple IIgs then all the voltages dropped off and the computer didn’t work anymore, again with out the cards its working perfectly fine. I have replaced all the electrolitic capacitors and I have tested almost all the active components and then I just give up and I have replaced with different PSU and my computer works perfectly well with all my cards plugged in so definitely this PSU itself is faulty.
