Our Promise
All of our items are inspected before listing.
This way we can ensure there are no major defects that would prevent your
enjoyment or use of our items.
We personally take hi-resolution pictures of
all items in order to ensure that unlike other, larger vendors, you have more
than a stock photo to know what you're buying.
Special defects, features, or other attributes
will be noted in the description or specifically photographed for you to see.
If you have any questions regarding anything
you see (or think is missing) in the photos, please message us before
purchasing.
Shipping
We currently have a 3 Business Day Handling
Time on our items. Because of this we ship our items out every TUESDAY
& FRIDAY. If you need your item sooner than the expected delivery date,
please message us beforehand. We would be more than happy to try and make
arrangement to accommodate your situation. *Note: Saturdays and Sundays do not
count towards handling days as they are not business days.
Returns
We understand stuff happens......
This is why we offer FREE 30 DAYS RETURNS.
*Refund may not include original shipping cost.
New items that are return to us open are subject to a partial refund. Items
that are returned to us altered, missing pieces, or broken will be subject to a
partial refund. If your item was damaged during shipment, please
contact us before
opening a return request. Please include any pictures of the damage to the packaging
the item was shipped in, and pictures of the damage to the item itself.
