Shipping

• Orders are dispatched within 48 business hours (Mon–Fri).
• Free domestic postage is standard only, not express.
• Tracking will be uploaded once shipped.
• Delivery delays by Australia Post or couriers are beyond our control.

Address Responsibility

• Buyers must ensure their delivery address is correct.
• Parcels returned due to incorrect/insufficient address or unclaimed delivery may incur a postage deduction or re-delivery fee.

• All fragrances and skincare products are 100% genuine, sourced from authorised suppliers.
• Packaging, batch codes, or versions may vary depending on manufacturer updates.
• Performance varies individually based on skin type, body chemistry, environment, etc.

Gift Sets Information

·       Perfume Gift sets are not sealed with cellophane, unlike individual perfume bottles. This is standard manufacturer packaging and does not indicate that the item has been opened or used

·       Where applicable, gift sets are sealed by the supplier using plastic packaging or plastic wrap. Packaging may vary depending on the manufacturer and product type

Before Purchasing

• Please ensure the item is the correct product you want.
• Do not purchase items you have never used before unless you are certain.
• We do not accept returns for:
• not liking the scent
• longevity/performance issues
• allergic reactions
• change of mind

Returns Policy (In Line with Australian Consumer Law)

We accept returns only if:

• the item is damaged,
• faulty,
• incorrect, or
• not as described.

Fragrance and skincare items that have been opened, tested, sprayed, swatched, or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returned products must be:

• Unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging
• Batch code must match the item we shipped
• No signs of opening, testing, or tampering

In these cases, we will offer a replacement or refund once the item is returned and inspected.

Change of Mind / Ordered by Mistake

• Not accepted.
• If eBay allows cancellation under “ordered by mistake,” postage costs will be deducted once the item is returned sealed and unused.
