• Please note that the insulation time will vary according to the climate of different regions and the temperature of foods.
• The heating plate is still very hot after use, do not touch it before cooling. And keep it away from children to prevent combustion accidents.
• Please do not heat the pan for a long time without water, otherwise, it will be damaged. Please do not touch or move the product while working.
• When the product is working, sometimes it is normal for the indicator light to turn off because the dynamic adjustment of the temperature controller is triggered. At this point, the product is exerting its insulation function. Please wait for 1-3 minutes, or rotate the knob to a higher power to allow the product to start heating again and the light will light up.
• In the initial few uses, it is normal to generate smoke or a burning odor on the heating plate at high temperatures, which is caused by the protective oil left on the spare parts and screws. After several uses, the odor will gradually disappear.
• Please clean this product before first use. Please unplug the power cord first and ensure that the cooking pot and grill pan have cooled before washing. Please clean the pot with soft sanitary ware, and then wipe it with a rag to keep it as dry as possible. The pot can be cleaned with a dishwasher. Please do not use stainless steel wire ball to clean the product, so as not to damage the surface. Please do not wash the base of the appliance in water to avoid the risk of electric shock and functional failure.
• It may produce some rusty pots after a long time of use because the local water has some mineral elements, you can add vinegar to the pot, and wait for a while, then the rusty will disappear.
• Please be patient until the broth begins to boil, as the food will quickly cook and remain juicy. Please add a small amount of food each time. Overcrowding the pot can cause the temperature of the broth to decrease, so all food will be cooked slower and may not be cooked well.
