This mortise lock is new and unused. 

It does NOT come with the original box or ANY box. 

The original box got ripped and damaged from being in the supply cabinet. 

This is from a large Baldwin retailer that has closed down and this has been in their inventory cabinet since the 2000's untouched. 

How it is shown in the picture is how they came from Baldwin.
