Please note that this item is mailed insured using “ebay standard envelope shipping”.
We use this method when available to offer reduced overall cost, but there are trade-offs. This method has limited tracking availability and more often slower delivery times, it also takes longer to enter the USPS tracking system. What I like about the service is that it’s cost effective.
It is for this reason that we offer alternative shipping solution using “USPS Ground Advantage” for an additional cost. It is more reliable, not perfect, but normally faster tracking and delivery.
If you would like an upgraded service and are willing to pay for the upgrade that offers better tracking services and normally faster delivery times please let me know or you may be able to choose that option at checkout.
Other thoughts
Many seller’s experience the same issues and I find some USPS regions process mail better than others. This is frustrating for both sellers and buyers but it is the most affordable and reliable option we have at this time.
