All items are checked for odors before i list them 

My shipping rates are just that, i don't make any money for shipping,  i just don't think that is right ,  i will reuse shipping materials when i can, just to save some cost on my end.   

I do have a service dog, with that said, I try to keep up on keeping things hair free  but from time to time a dog hair will get on the tape or in a package. If this is going to be a issue please don't bid on my items 

I stand behind my items  if any problems please get with me i will work with the buyer to make things right.

All shipping is in United States only,   eLS shipping is OK at buyers cost

I  get items out 1 to 2 days after payment is received,  if i have any problems i will email the buyer to let them know.
