Here you are considering One Professional Ballet Dance Graduated Tutu in Rose. This tutu has an elastic band that can be adjusted. The tutu features 7 layers of tulle mesh. These skirts or tutus have been used by the Laural Ballet Co. All are in excellent used condition, (but may require some minor tailoring and steaming). The repairs could be done by any seamstress.
