Many diamonds. Two largest on either side measure almost 1/8 inch across measuring by eye.

The band is marked GEMEX.

From tip of diamond over to the other tip of diamond is approximately 2 1/8 inches. The black band is approximately 4 1/8 inches including clasp.

The case is marked 14 K on the back.
