- Complete balcony fixings bolts and chemical resins kit to brick or stone walls .
Please note cantilevered balconies are subject to structural engineers reports and it may possibly require front corners supporting legs!!! ( the 2 x support poles square box section 100 mm x 100 mm cost extra £ 380 with option bolt on top or dig in . )
UPON REQUEST WE CAN PROVIDE STRUCTURAL DETAILS FOR THIS BALCONY INCLUDING FIXING DETAILS.
YOU CAN CHECK IT WITH YOUR BUIDLER / STRUCTURAL ENGINEER OR ARCHITECT. IF YOUR WALL CAN HOLD THE BALCONY OR IF YOU NEED THE TWO EXTRA FRONT SUPPORTING 100 mm x 100 mm POLES.
