If you order more than one Mystery Box, please be aware that you may receive a significant number of duplicate products, and it is even possible to receive two identical boxes.
This is because our warehouse team occasionally prepares batches of Mystery Boxes when they have free time. For example, they may make up 20 identical boxes and add them all to stock under the same product code.
As a result, we have no control over which individual box is selected when your order is picked. If you order multiple boxes, they may be taken from the same batch, meaning there is a possibility that two or more of your Mystery Boxes could contain exactly the same products.
