Cute vinyl/PVC skirt in a cargo style with adjustable buckle belt. Pockets and pouch on lower left that can hold quite a lot. New without tags, tried on but never worn for an extended period of time. Size small but it runs quite big in my opinion. I am usually a size 3 and it was too loose on me. I'd say more for someone around size 5-6. Goes down to about upper-mid thigh depending on how tall you are. I am very short (4'11) so I found the length too long for me. Maybe it will work for someone taller!
