This soft-shell jacket has a LOT going for it.  Plenty of zipped pockets both inside and out many with oversized pull-tabs for easy use with gloves.  The blue fabric has an almost neoprene feel to it while the green interior accents have a nylon feel.  Elastic adjusters on both the bottom hem and the hood to adjust for a secure/snug fit.
