Cards over $20 will be shipped USPS Ground Shipping for $5.  Cards shipped will be packed in Sleeve, Top Loader and Ding Defend card protectors in a bubble envelope.  You can combine orders up to $20 to save money on shipping.  You can also choose this option for lower valued cards.
