This mortise lock is new with box. 

This comes from the factory without a cylinder. 

The lock body has some wear and discoloration spots on it. This is how it came when we opened the box. 

*The label on the box fell off after I took a picture of it, I don't know where it went, so I wrote the model on the side of the box. 

This is from a large Baldwin retailer that has closed down and this has been in their inventory cabinet since the 2000's untouched. 

How it is shown in the picture is how they came from Baldwin.

Only the items you see in the photos are included. These are the only items in the box when we opened it.
