Our Warranty against Manufacturer Defects:

Our warranty term covering manufacturer defects is equal to the term of the manufacturer’s own stated warranty, up to and including a maximum of 5 years. Each manufacturer has a different warranty term and stipulations for each range of products, often have different terms and stipulations per model. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty declaration for the model that you purchased, to obtain the actual terms and stipulations for that model (each manufacturer has their warranty information available on their respective websites).

Additional warranty stipulations are also equal to those of the manufacturer warranty, including stipulations about parts and labor, and disqualifying elements such as accidental or negligent mishandling of the device by the user.

Fedex None Delivered Policy:

For items that are over $500, we require adult signature upon delivery. Fedex will make up to 3 delivery attempts, leaving tag on the door with each failed attempt. After Fedex makes 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us by Fedex. In this case, the customer will be charged the original shipping fee, the undelivered return shipping fee and the re-delivery fee.

Our Shipping Warranty:

Our shipping warranty covers any damage incurred during the shipment of any unit to the shipping address on your order. The shipping warranty must be claimed within 4 business days of receiving your order (due to the propensity of abuse by unscrupulous individuals who, in the past, have used our shipping warranty to cover their own mishandling of purchased items)

Return Policies

No returns on opened box of functional merchandise. 25% restocking fee for cancellations on shipped orders. eBay customer is responsible for shipping fee of returned goods regardless of reason. If eBay customer rejected delivery will be subject to 25% restocking fee on refund.
