No detail was left untouched-- artwork on each card was delicately hand-crafted by Ellusionist's top graphic team. Even the seal on the deck looks like it was left in a gritty New York alley "for a spell". 

The cards are an illusion in themselves, because they may look very old, but they handle superbly. You have to keep telling yourself, this is a new deck of cards.

 

There have been several editions over the years, but Ellusionist have never shared official information. I’ve split them into 3 significant versions based on updates to the cards and how they are produced.

V1 – Printed in the old Cincinnati Ohio factory. This edition was not marked. Seal is also aged/distressed.

V2 – Printed in the new Kentucky factory. Now with Performance (Magic) Coating so much better handling. This edition was also not marked. Seal is also aged/distressed.

V3 – Marking system introduced. Still printed in the new Kentucky factory and had Performance Coating. Seal in now not aged/distressed.

In between each of these editions there have been lots of minor tweaks to the tucks such as logos, barcodes, text etc. I’ve taken pictures of every angle so be sure to check over the photos carefully to understand which edition you’re getting. I’m happy to answer any questions or provide any additional pictures.

 

Please note: 

-The opened V1 Blue deck has just 52 cards as it’s missing the 2 jokers and 2 ad cards.

-The sealed V1 Blue deck has some minor tuck and seal imperfections on the top of the tuck as shown in the pictures.

-The Red V2 has some minor corner dents as shown in the pictures

Each deck will be placed in a plastic protective case designed specifically for playing card storage then shipped in a box. Let me know if you would like to purchase additional plastic cases.
