The Nexx X.WST3 has a X-Pro Carbon shell, which is a material that is very strong and light. This makes the helmet safer while keeping it light because the helmet weighs only 1673 grams. Lighter motorcycle helmets are better at preventing neck fatigue resulting in a more comfortable helmet.
The X.WST3 comes in three shell sizes (XXS-S, M-L, XL-XXXL) which results in a compact helmet that is more protective. The helmet is available in 8 sizes, so every riders has their perfect size. The helmet has an EPS shell inside which is great for shock absorption in case of an accident.
The inner liner of the Nexx X.WST3 is soft and feels snug on your head. The fabric, which is called X.SMART, is anti-bacterial and moisture wicking which helps the inner liner to stay fresh and clean. The crown pad and cheek pads are removable and washable. The inner liner of the Nexx X.WST3 is glasses-friendly which means the helmet will not put pressure on your head while riding.
This helmet has a chin curtain which blocks wind and noise resulting in a quieter ride. The helmet has an Emergency Quick Release. This helps emergency workers take off the helmet quickly and safely in case of an accident. The helmet is prepared for a Nexx communication system, so you can talk to friends while riding, listen to music and follow navigations. There are speaker pockets to easily install the speaker of the communication system. The helmet also has a double-D closure which is a safe and trusted closure. This helmet is Go-Pro prepared which is great for riders that love capturing their rides and adventures.
The clear visor on the X.WST3 gives you a wide field of view. The visor is scratch resistant and blocks UV rays, so your eyes and the visor are protected. The helmet is pinlock prepared to prevent visor condensation. There is a pinlock included in the box.
There is also an integrated sun visor that you can slide down easily when it’s sunny using a slider mechanism. The visor mechanism pulls the visor close to the helmet to keep out noise and wind. The visor is easily removable which makes it easy for riders to replace the visor for the smoke visor. There is an additional smoke visor included in the box.
The Nexx X.WST3 has 1 chin vent that allows air to enter the helmet and prevent visor condensation. The X.WST3 has three top vents allowing cool air to enter the air channels of the EPS liner. This helmet has back vents to extract hot air from the helmet keeping the helmet cool. The helmet has great aerodynamics which is great for sport riders that like riding fast.
