The 12" vinyl is contained in a printed light card sleeve which grades as VG- there is some creasing and a small tear at the opening edge. Some other minor edge and corner wear. There is a little visible ring wear and some discolouration.

The record is shiny with no visible scuffs, scratches or hairlines. Both sides play perfectly. Grades as NM. 

Jet Labels are clean (hint of a spindle mark)

Paper inner is like new - NM
