Clean and protect wounds with Kerlix gauze sponges. Made from high-quality USP Type VII cotton, the loose, open crinkle-weave absorbs wound fluids quickly to give the injury a balanced environment for healing. The fluff gauze dressing has been washed and air-dried to make it soft, lofty and dense for maximum comfort and cushioning. Cushioning absorbs exudate and channels it to the secondary dressing. Six-ply thickness also increases padding and absorbency, so the woven gauze dressing protects the wound from impact and helps reduce complications from moisture saturation. Each sterile dressing is 6 x 6-3/4 inches.
