Beautiful Quality , Lovely decorated ,with a delicate Gold fern type on a Lemon ground with gold flower heads ,with a stripped Gold  keyed decoration around the top ,with strong Gold Gilt to the top , base & handle 

Has the Star back stamp Reads - Paragon China England  dates this to the c1930s ,& pattern number C183 painted in gold

Great overall condition , no chips . cracks or glaze crazing
