Shipping Times- Items paid for by 11:00 am MST, on regular business days will be shipped the same day. All others will ship the next business day.

Alternate Address- We will ONLY ship to the address which is confirmed as the username's mailing address through eBay. If you have recently moved, please update this address in eBay prior to purchasing to prevent any delay in shipping.

We do offer a few different shipping options, USPS first class, USPS priority, FedEx, and UPS. Ebay does not show the best shipping price, only the first we have listed. Those options are shown IF you check out on a computer. When checking out on a mobile device, once you go to checkout, you will need to click on the shipping line to open up the other shipping options.

We have many more options available for shipping that the few that eBay lets us offer. If we can ship cheaper than what you are charged, WE WILL REFUND THE EXTRA SHIPPING CHARGES

30-day Returns:

Returns are accepted if the item is returned by the following REQUIREMENTS:

Returns must be requested and processed through eBay.
Returned to the correct return address provided.
Item is postmarked within 30 days from the date the item was delivered.
Ensure that the item is packed securely to prevent damage during the shipping process.
Item must be in original condition, with original packaging and tags.

Once the item is received and inspected as resalable, a refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs will be made within 24 hours. The entire process usually takes between 3-10 days for a refund to appear in your account.

Payments:

eBay has many payment options available. During checkout you will be able to see the various ways to pay. All our items are in limited supply and will remain available to other buyers until payment has been completed. Saving an item in your shopping cart is NOT a completed sale. The first buyer who completes their payment officially purchases that item. We are a brick-and-mortar store and occasionally we sell out of an item in store before your purchase is completed and/or shipped.

On auction items: Payment is due within 7 days of purchase. If not paid within 7 days, eBay will automatically send a reminder. You then have an additional 3 days to make payment. If not paid within this time frame, your purchase will be canceled.
