Gently used condition. There are some minor marks, wear, scratches, and small paint chips (see close up photos). Door 18 does not always catch properly but open/closes fine, all other doors working as they should. Unit measures approximately  13 1/2 inches tall x 13 inches wide at base X 301/2 inches deep.
