Classic leather doctor's bag, holding up well!  Made of top grain, caramel-coloured cowhide in the traditional Gladstone style, belted on the sides with a split handle design.  Stitching to the leather is in great shape.  The interior has an intact, unstained natural-coloured Irish linen lining with a large side linen pocket.  Bag stands erect without sagging. 

A great collectors piece, or authentic prop for a period piece.  Hard to date but thought to be from the around the 1920-40's.

20" long by 9.5" wide by 10" tall (13" with handles).   Brass rivets, zipper, base studs (5), Cheney locks (England), and a small McBrine Baggage logo.  Lockable but the key is missing. There is a faint monogram in gold lettering, looks like "GHC".

Overall condition is quite good.  However, there is a 3" tear in the zipper fabric -- though the zipper still works.  There is scuffing to the leather in the four top corners with one corner having a 1/2" tear, and scuffing on the bottom perimeter.  Please see photos, and feel free to ask questions.
