This steam plate is for KAKOMI enamel pot 1L and KAKOMI clay pot 1.2L. It can also be used with your frying pan or pot with a diameter of 19cm or more.
The raised edges prevent ingredients from spilling out, and the handle makes it easy to remove from the pot.

・Cannot be used in microwave oven
・Do not use cleansers or scrubbing pads when cleaning.
・To prevent stainless steel from rusting, remove dirt and moisture as soon as possible, dry thoroughly, and store away from other metals.
・Please use with KAKOMI series enamel pot or clay pot.
・Please make sure to fill the pot with water or hot water before use.
・Please be careful not to burn the stove empty.
- It will become hot during and after use, so please do not touch it with bare hands.
・When using with a clay pot, please be aware that if the legs of the steam plate are rubbed hard, grey pencil-like metal marks called "metal marks" may appear.
・If metal marks appear, we recommend cleaning with a melamine sponge.
